611 Though there has been increased development of health delivery in the health sector across the world, nevertheless,  there is little indication of how this has improved patient satisfaction in Ghanaian health services. The improvement of health services is hinges on easy retrieval of patient records, and the ability of the health professional to study the history of the patient over some time, and how they are responding to medication: This requires the improvement of digital technology such as the blockchain system, which allow users to follow the thread of information. Artificial Intelligence heavily depends on the mining of data to be effective, and so is health care services. There have been many interventions by the Ghanaian Government to improve the health service through digital technology, such as creating centralized healthcare data systems and the blockchain system. However, measuring the level of this introduction on patient satisfaction is yet to be studied. This research tries to identify how this satisfaction is realized based on the healthcare personnel who have direct contact with the patients. The research findings indicate that the healthcare service has greatly improved with the introduction of digital services in both private and public health services, and it significantly impacts patient and doctor relationships. In addition, the research finding indicates that some barriers needs to be addressed with to facilitate the introduction of these new digital technology.
