Dr. Surabhi Singh is Ph.D. from AMU, ADIM, PGDBA-Mktg., MCA and MCOM & International Certifications in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Neuromarketing. With an experience of more than 18 years in academics, research, teaching, training & consultancy, she is currently associated with IMS Ghaziabad as Associate Professor-Mktg.
She is in the Editorial Board of Scopus Indexed National and International Journals. With more than 35 FDPs/MDPs/Workshops/Conferences conducted, she has to her credit around 70 papers, Cases, and articles published in International/National Journals/Publications and nine books with National and International Publishing houses. Being an ardent researcher, she has presented research papers at IIMs, George Mason University like premier B Schools in the global platforms. She is associated with Global Conferences in their program Review Committees. She has been active Guest Speakers on different training sessions at Private and Public Organizations in India. She has been an active member of various Professional Organizations. She has been guiding doctoral students and examiner for many universities. She was the recipient of the Second Best Case Award from UK based Case Centre for case writing in 2014. She also received Second Best Paper Award in National Conference in India in 2011, Women Achiever Award for Excellence in Marketing Education at Indian Women Convention on April 29, 2017, Second Prize trophy by ICHRIE, Johnson and Wales Case Study Competition, the USA at Barcelona, Spain in 2018, and She has received Best Woman Researcher from Ms. Shabana Azmi at Women Leadership Conclave in 2018. She has won the Research Project Grant from AIM and SHETH foundation on September 2018.
